Hi everyone. I have decided to apply for my 309/100 visa this week after months of collection of documents. Please suggest if the documents I am providing for the 4 aspects are sufficient:

Social Aspect :
- Evidence of me Socialising with my husband's family over 3 years.(photos,family group chats,wedding plans,engagement photos )
-Evidence of my husband socialising with my family (photos, family group chat, greeting cards, video calls screenshots)
-Evidence of being socially recognised as a couple (photos with friends, chats of people addressing us as couple, joint invitations
-Our past travels, movie tickets,pubs/restuarants evidence in bank statement.
- Social media photos from instagram, facebook from the first time we started posting pictures of each other.
-Personal photographs of just two of us.

Financial aspect
- Evidence of sharing my bank account with my husband while he was in India (we had no joint account and he was dependant of me for finances)
- Evidence of my husband transferring money after he went back to Australia
-Evidence of beneficiary of his superannuation
- Evidence of him as nominee of my health insurance
- My Bank statements reflecting incoming salary, rent, utility, social expenditure shared with him from my account (again,my husband was dependant on me financially in India,so im worried how this can help)
- letter of Financial support from my father indicating that he is willing to support if at all I need any financial help while settling in Australia with proofs that he can support( if the visa is granted)

Nature of Household
- Evidence of joint living arrangement including photos in the same house, both our chats with the owners regarding maintaince, letter from owner, sharing our house photos with friends, friends visiting us.
- Evidence of household chore distribution including chats about picking up grocery on the way or house maintainces along with bills of grocery ordered by both of us to the same address.
-Letter from my parents stating that they visited our home and what they thought about our house/household.
- Phone bill indicating that we were under family plan with my other family members and I paid the bill for all.
- Evidence of same address like Uber receipts
- Rental agreements (the lease was under my name however)

Nature of Committment
- evidence of the wedding plan which got cancelled due to covid
- Evidence of emotional support in sickness, death, parent's surgery
- Long Distance chats current and a couple of months from 3 years ago (videocall screenshots, facebook/whatsapp call-logs and chats)
-Evidence of aligned career goals- both filmmaker and evidence of making films togther which is a big part of what brought us together
-Relationship statement indicating future goals
-Superannuation benefiaciary and nominee of health insurance.

3 statuatory declarations from family in Australia
3 certified letters of friends and family from my country.

I see a problem with the fact that we never held a joint account because his visa in India did not let him and while we were in Sydney we never really had any shared expenditures. Another problem is that the house lease was under my name.

Please suggest how to improve this.

I would try and get a statement from the person that you rented the house from stating that you both lived there and for how long.

It's not mandatory to have a joint account but it certainly helps with your financial statement. As long as you are clear with your expenses, how you managed them and what your arrangement was it should be fine. Not everyone is in a situation to contribute for various reasons.

Perhaps get wills drawn up with each of you naming the other as beneficiary.

If you can get any utility accounts put into both names it would be helpful.
