I have a question. Im just wondering what if Im here in Australia when we lodge the fiancé visa? Because im a student visa at the moment and will be switching to Fiancé visa? Is it okay? But were not living together. And then do we need to have a joint bank account and prove that were living together if we'll going to apply for FIANCÉ VISA? Thanks. Hoping for your legit answer.

Fiancé (prospective marriage) visas cannot be applied for onshore.
It might pay you to consult a registered migration agent for advice about possible strategies.

What do you mean about the "cannot apply it onshore?" Thanks
You have to be outside Australis to apply for a sc. 300 visa. By the sound of it you currently do not qualify for a sc. 820/801 onshore partner visa.
