Hello everyone, my husband and I are in the process of collecting the evidence required for citizenship application and he seems to have a problem. He lost his old passport, with the stamp showing the date of his first arrival in Australia (around 5 years ago). He clearly remembers that date, but unfortunately we do not have any supporting document. I guess that DIBP keeps record and can easily check, so I am wondering... Should we contact DIBP and request a copy of their records, if possible? What type of document can we ask for? Thanks everyone and have a nice day!
