Hi,

My wife working as a registered Nurse Midwife at government hospital in Sri Lanka. She got 08+ years of experience and who followed government diploma.

I wanted to know is it possible to apply to AU as in registered Nurse.

I have already checked from ANMAC but I'm not sure it is possible or not.

If you are an internationally qualified nurse, you may be able to do a bridging course, but as Westley mentioned, it is very expensive, and as well requires quite a high pass level in the English Language Test.

Only if they meet the requirements, ie academic and language.
Is she already in Australia?

I believe that Enrolled Nurse is not on the skilled migration list, however if you are in Australia and plan to sponsor her on a partner visa, when she arrives she could make an inquiry with the local TAFE, as to RPL
