My wife has been requested to supply an Indonesion Police Certificate for her 801 visa application. After much research it appears they dispute the online mechanism to do it she would still have to attend the police station in person to supply the fingerprints and verify other items.
She is currently in Australia and is 6 months pregnant so travelling back to Indonesia just for a police check isn't really an option. On the request though it does say if you can't get it that you must show that you've tried to at least and demonstrate that in writing.
Does anyone have any advice on how to proceed or has been in this situation before and had a solution we aren't thinking about?
