Hi all, I'm seeking advice on the processing times of the 1005 application.

I am applying to change my work conditions on the grounds of financial hardship. I sent off my application with all of the relevant evidence on 31/7/18 and still haven't heard anything from the department. Any ideas on how much longer I could be waiting?

Do they send you an acknowledgement email to confirm that they have received the application?

I have a lawyer that has submitted the application and they say they have not received any new info.

Hi I submitted my one and got it in two weeks maximum 28 days you will get soon I hope so.
