Form 1023 - HELP

Hello,

I need help to fill out Form 1023 (Notification of incorrect answers) correctly.

In the last step of my application for a visa, I had to declare, that I accept the Terms of Services and that my provided information is correct.

I don't know why, but I answered all these questions with "No". Can somebody help to fill out Form 1023? I don't know how to correct my information, because there are only two text boxes and I have to correct about ~10 answers.

Sounds like a glitch in the system - something similar happened (to myself and others) when I applied in Sept 2014- on the PDF download of the application the answer for the question about whether I'd visited Australia previously was erroneously marked 'no'. Of course I'd answered yes when I filled out the application.
I'd suggest you fill out the 1023 with as many 'wrong answers' fit on the form, and then attach a simple letter to it with the remaining answers. Might also be worth a call to DIBP to see if this is happening to others

And how long does it take until the immigration office processes my Form 1023 attachment?

And do I have to do anything after attaching Thema Form 1023 document into my immi account? Or does it gets processed automatically? Do I have to click a special button or so?

No, you simply upload it so it can be reviewed with your other uploaded documents when they assess your application.
