Hi, i have applied a Student Subesequent Entrant Visa for my Spouse and i have been asked by DIBP to provide a Form 1221 for her.

However, in Section I – Details of your journey to Australia ... there are four options, i.e., Visitor Visa, Business Visa, Migration Visa, and Student, Academic, Researcher or Fellow.

While i am a student, which one of these four i have to select for my wife and fill out the details?

Give details of your proposed course/field of study in Australia
(including name of course, type of course, thesis topic and research to
be undertaken)

as she is not going to study any course and would just accompany me here during the course of my studies.

She is also applying for a Student visa as a subsequent entrant .. so choose student.
