I posted this earlier but some spam bot pushed it back a few pages so i dont think anyone saw it -_-
I was just wondering, when applying for my partner visa, 309, it asked for two witnesses. I put my mother and father who are both in, and from, the UK.
Now on the file upload i see i need the two witnesses to fill out form 888 statutory declarations. On the forms it says they need to be Australians, unless we dont have anyone in Australia who is able to do it.
My question is, should I get my mother and father to fill it in, or should I try to find two australian citizens to fill the form in even though i said it would be my mother and father.
