this might seem light a silly quesion.
But on the form 888 (the character stat dec)
Questions 1 and 2.
Who is the visa applicant and who is the fiance' ?

I assumed me on shore here is Oz is the applicant and my girl overseas is the fiance' right?

The visa applicant is the non-Australian applying for the partner visa. The partner or fiance is the Australian sponsor.
