Hi,
I am on a 489 visa and currently living in regional Queensland with my spouse and my little baby. I have two questions regarding 887 visa application;
1. Do all the applicants including dependents need to fulfill residency requirements ?
2. I know that even if I was the primary applicant for 489 visa, my spouse can apply for 887 visa as a primary applicant and include me and our son as dependents after fulfilling residency and work-related requirements. But if she becomes primary applicant for 887 visa, does she need to provide evidence of English competency?

as there is no any rules written in immigration website , we don't need to submit ielts. I am also in same phase. Thank you
