Gathering Evidence for Partner Visa

994 Views 5 Replies 2 Participants Last post by  tijanaoc
Hey guys,

This is my first post so apologies if this gets asked a lot!

Basically I am applying for a Partner Visa and I am being sponsored by my very lovely Australian Fiance (recently engaged)

And we were just wondering whether we have missed anything evidence wise?

So far we have:

-Bank Statements (I have gone through and highlighted any transactions which are related to our relationship, rent, bills, gifts etc...)

-Joint Bank Account Details

-Joint Rental Lease

-Stat Decs from 5 of our relatives/friends

-Correspondance proving we live where we say we do

-Photographs spanning the length of our relationship

-Greetings cards addressed to both of us (congratulating our engagement)

-Invitations to our Engagement Party

-Our Travel Itinerary from our trip to Hawaii together.

If there is anything you think we've missed or should add we would really appreciate your suggestions.

Hope you're all having a lovely day :)

Ben and Jordana.

Are you applying for PMV or 820 / 309?
Looking at it at a surface level I'd say that's fairly light on evidence.
Don't have time to go into a lot of detail now, but I had replied with the evidence we supplied in another thread, and there is also a link there for an upload guide someone has made online that gives a good overview of the evidence needed, it's not all inclusive but use it as a starting point and you can be creative then.

Thanks a lot! will look into that now.
The key thing is to provide evidence covering all four categories - social, financial, nature of household and nature of commitment.
