Hi everybody ,
My name is laetitia, I am new on this forum, I hope
To find some answers!!
Where to start.. I have been in Australia for now 3 years , first 2 years on a student visa then currently on a working holiday.
My partner and I were suppose to apply
For a de facto visa earlier this year but my
Brother had a major Accident so the application is been delayed as I had to fly in and out of the country.
Now my concern is that my working holiday visa is expiring the 14 th of December , all the paperworks are ready for the de facto application but we are worry that won't be enough time for my visa be granted ( as on the immigration website it says that could take up to 6 months)
We would really appreciate any feedbacks.

King regards ,
Laetitia.

You should lodge application ASAP and once your visa expiry approaches request a bridging visa

Would I be applying within Australia or will I have to get out of the country then come back that is what im afraid for...

Kind regards,
Laetitia
