Hi everyone, I have few general questions about 190 VISA application.

I’m currently working in Australia (Victoria) on 457 VISA, from 11 Months (since 12th Jan 2015). I have given Competent English with PTE Academic: 50+ in each component Valid till 21-NOV-2017. At present i have 30(Age) + 15(Education) + 5 (Outside AUS experience) + 0 (English Proficency)= 50 Points. My Skills have been assessed to be suitable for migration under 261311 / Analyst Programmer (ACS) Valid till 19-OCT-2017. Can anyone please suggest me on below queries.In order to complete 60 marks, I will get 5 Marks from (one year expiernece in Australia) eligible on 12th Jan 2016 and 5 marks from state sponsarship. After Completing One year is Victoria - Melbourne under same employer i might have to shift to NSW - Sydney for 4-5 months.

1) Shall i take sponsarship from Victoria or NSW?
2) Which path should i follow?
EOI --> State Sponsarship letter --> VISA application
State Sponsarship letter --> EOI --> VISA application
3) If i am applying for State Sponsarship letter first, can i apply now with 50 Score or shall i wait to complete 1 year in australia with 55 Score.

Any suggestions?

1. Although I don't know much about the program, I understand Victoria has a streamlined sponsorship program for 457 visa holders. So this may make it a better option.
2. I haven't gone through the process, so am not sure the correct/best order
3. I don't see any point in applying with 50 points as you would not be eligible and would not receive an invitation until you have at least 55 points (without the state sponsorship).
