Hi,

I have 8 years experience in Genesys. How are the job opportunities for Genesys in Australia? And what are the cities to look for job? I am thinking of applying under Computer Network SOL, is this correct?

That is a very niche field but there is opportunities as it rare to find people in Australia with this skill. You would need look at the big four banks or insurance and Teleco. Genesys or Dimension Data are the go to if you want to work for a technology company however there might be some smaller partners out there but the vendor and dimension data are they biggest employers when it comes to Genesys. Jobs of this sort are mostly found in Sydney and Melbourne.
