Hi everyone, i have a girlfriend in the philipines and we both want to be together .....we have tried the working visa process but my gfs age 46 stopped that one happening ,we have looked at other ways to be together and have come up with maybe registering our relationship here in south australia and going down that route ....so im just asking if anyone has done or is doing this and could give us some guidance on the best way to do this ie: does and donts any help would be appreciated Gday

Are you in a position to marry, and more importantly do you wish to marry, as a prospective spouse visa is the "easiest" of all to qualify for.
Have you met in person? As that is the only mandatory requirement.
Registration of a relationship, without corroborating evidence such as shared finances, shared utility bills, etc etc.
Is useless.

Before you embark on this journey, I suggest you contact a registered migration agent, so you gain a good understanding of the various pathways and exactly what is involved.
