So back in 2008 i came to tge ysa to visit my boyfriend andcwhikst here we got married. I was here on the visaa waiver. We eent to an immigration lawyer got,all taken care if went thru the process got a temo green card gir 2 yrs then git my 10yr card that ecpires in 2020. Well we went back to Australia to visit my family this year after waiting 2 yrs for a visitor visa for him . So now he would like to apply for a visa yo go back to live in Australia my question is to ask do i nred a return resident visa im still an australian citizen i still have bank account there as well and also what visa would we ask for for him

If you're an Australian citizen you don't need a RRV.

I would recommend having a read through the Partner Migration Booklet first of all, if you haven't already.
