Hey guys, I need your help.
I filled the application form and got an e-mail that my visa is granted but I've just realized that I wrote my full name in both fields: ,,FAMILY AND GIVEN names". What can I do?
I found the form about incorrect answers but where should I send ? which office?
Please heelp
I am so miserable

This will open the application details page. From there, click on the ‘Update us’ link at left of screen, then click on the link titled: ‘Notification of incorrect answer(s)’ in the centre of screen. If you are unable to access this online form, please print out and complete Form 1023 – Notification of incorrect answer(s) (248KB PDF).
