I am a Registered Migration Agent and wish to help out at time when I see some wrong info posted here. Also, there are, unfortunately, a number of bad Migration Agents out there or people who are un registered and haven't done the required migration law course. If people believe they have been ripped off by a registered agent or that a registered agent may have done something wrong, I would like to be able to let people know how they can seek redress. Mostly, it relates to the contract you signed and certain things you, by, law, should have received from them. If you haven't, you can claim a refund or report them to MARA.
