Hi all I applied my spouse visa on may 2014 and I already got TR on April 2015 on immigration website it shows 21 to 23 months to get PR but I have already cross 22 months.any people who recently got PR on spouse visa how long did it take to get yours please mention

Wow since 2015!! I think you should have received you're PR if you had already applied with the additional documents.

You did mention if you have submitted your stage 2 documents. Also how did you submit them ... online or paper? Also what country is the applicant originally from.

May 2016 eligibility date and still waiting is a long time.

Yes I have summited everything last year June they did contact me for police check as I visited my country in between and later they did not reply and when I called them
They told it will take 21 months

Nope I haven't received yet immi website says it will take 18 to 21 months but it has already cross that period

YES I DID EVERYTHING ONLINE ON IMMI ACCOUNT Yes I did applied 820 temporary resident on 05/14 and got my TR on 04/15 in 11 months according to immigration you can't apply 801 permanent visa until it has been 24 months so I applied 801 on 05/16
They did spoke to me last year July for police check from my country as I visited country in between later I haven't got any response yet from them
And when I called them they told me it will take 18 to 21 months from 05/16 for answer

But 75% application get result in 18 months
Rest 90% in 23 months I think
Am not lucky need to wait 23 months
It has been already 21 months
Hopefully they don't take more then 23 months
Can they take more then 23 months too?
I mean to say are they allow to make us wait more then processing time ?

10% of apps can take longer than 23 months so it is possible. Once you hit the 23 month mark, then you can start formal complaints. That is assuming the time doesn't rise again by then.
