I am intending to apply citizenship and have a question regarding form 1300t which couldn’t be answered precisely.
In Part D there is a section called ‘Associated Family’. It include full, half, adopted and step brothers and sisters, a spouse or de facto partner including if deceased.
I have no full, half, adopted and step brothers and sisters. However, I had a de facto partner two years ago when we applied 189 PR. I am the primary applicant. We separated last year and no longer in a de facto relationship anymore.
My question is, in the 1300t form associated family part, should I need to add her in it? Or just simply leaving as blank?
