Hi everyone.

there are 2 questions about the visa 820 partner document. please help advise

a house lease document is one document that must be attached to an onshore 820 visa partner. So far, I only pay weekly transfers directly to the homeowner without a document lease from the start of the lease. my question

if I ask
The homeowner makes the lease document signed by me and
homeowner is it enough to attach as evidence document lease?

second question. all house bills are on behalf of the homeowner, even though I have to attach bills on behalf of me and my wife. do we have to attach it or can we attach proof of bill payment transfer only?

thanks good people, your advice is very helpful for me

No, that is not a legal lease. I'm surprised that you don't have a lease, I wouldn't rent without a lease.

Best thing to do is to get homeowner to write a statement that you and your wife have been renting for x amount of time and that amount includes bills so you don't have any bills in your names. Include that in your personal statements too. attach the transfers as well.

A lease is signed when you start renting, or at any point where it is renewed, it is dated and it also specifies the period of time the tenant will be renting for. If you get a lease right now it doesn't prove anything because the date would specifys todays date. It wouldn't prove that you have lived together for a period of time and if I was a CO would look suspicious.
