help for filipina

Hello All,
New to this forum and looking for some advise if anybody has done this before.
We applied last year and successfully got a visitor visa for my filipina partner, and she has visited a few times already.
We would now like to get her 7 y/o daughter a visitor visa also to accompany her on her next visit to Australia.

Do we apply through my partners IMMI account or do we create a new IMMI account for her daughter?

My partner lives and works in Shanghai, while her daughter stays with family in the Philippines.

Any help or advise you could provide would be fantastic.
