Hi everyone, this is my short story. I first travelled to Australia in 2008 on a working holiday visa and when i was there i had it extended and stayed for my second year.

I returned home to the UK in 2010 as my visa had run out. I then returned to Australia on a 3 month tourist visa in the hope of finding sponsorship, which was unsuccessful. I therefore had to return to the UK.
When i was in Australia i worked mainly in construction, althought have dont have a trade.

I do have a BA Hon Business Studies degree, which i never used while i was in Australia. However i really would love to able to go back, and was just wondering do i have any options or is Australia closed to me forever?

Thanks to anyone who can offer any solutions.

Short of developing a relationship with an Aussie that may lead to something permanent and a partner visa you probably ought to consider what your Business Studies can do for you and look at developing a career.
If it leads to an occupation on the SOL#3 or SOL#4 you could look at an independent skilled visa orone via a state SMP nomination.

Alternately with a couple of years of experience you're probably better placed to find an employer sponsorship.

You can apply for another visa anytime and if they think you're coming too often they may ask on arrival about funds to support yourself.
If you apply for the eVisa, that's free and some people seem to be getting issued with a call it by another name ETA and with that you can have three months and then take a trip to Asia or NZ and go back for a second and third dip etc. if you have the funds.
NZ also have the WHV for either 12 or 23 months and you could even work there, maybe even get something business related to build up some experience for getting sponsorship or independent skilled visa application in Australia though the points tallying system changes a bit from July this year.
