Hope someone can advise me

My aunt wants to come over. She has extensive qualification and experience in social work but she is over 50. I am currently between 820 and 801 visas.

Myself or my partner would be willing to sponsor her and she has connections with my partners Australian family.

Does my Aunt have any possible method to come to Australia and be able to work? Please tell me if i need to provide more information.

All permanent employer sponsored and general skilled migration visas have an upper age limit of 45.

I'm asking if there is some other option. e.g. can family stream be applicable? It's hard to believe that nobody over 45 can enter and work in Australia?

Yep she is single. I will let her know that skilled work path is probably best
