Hi guys

Here are so complicated and unlucky cases.

Beginning with back,

I was studied in Australia for 2 years in tafe, and got diploma.

Then, I had done work-experience which is a parts of TRA requirements. And Ielts as well,

So, I got position for 485,

I applied 485 visa the date from my graduated tafe within 6 month by agency.

But, story is just start on,

1. Agency didn't send 1 documents which is I gave them before sent to TRA, so once got refuse from TRA, then I applied second time to pass though,

2. Agency choose wrong occupation in first application form and they realize in the end, so refuse 485. I have to go AAT for this,

3. Now, I have a problem with current visa condition. My bridging visa a (WA 010) is based on holiday visa which is using for entry or before my student visa? So, what is work right during AAT processing?

4. Can I asking 187[rsms] while AAT is going?

I don't understand how could it happen.

What do you think? Should I sue? Go court with the agency ?
Then, what I can get? I need pr I need Visa!

Was your agent a registered migration agent?
If you have had a visa refused onshore, you will not be able to apply onshore.
From what you have posted, it is not possible to offer a considered opinion about your possible options.
May I suggest that you consult a registered migration agent for advice?
