I have applied for Eoi and waiting for my invite from 1 year, I had 65 points and never bothered to check. Now after 1.5 years I took PTE again and now my points are upto 75. When the application is picked, will I get the priority or should I wait as my application will be queued in again??

Please let me know? If anyone has faced this situation

Your visa application will join the queue from the back of the line. There's no priority for people who have early EOI dates.
