My partner is living in Newcastle upon Tyne in the UK. I called NSW service and asked them how can i for relationship if he's not here in AUS. He said he needs to go to Australian Embassy/consulate and provide his Statutory Declaration for the application(for authorised witness requirement). The thing is there is no Australian Embassy/consulate in Newcastle upon Tyne; only in London. What should we do now? Another question how can he send his certified copies of forms of identification from the UK? Only the first 2 pages of AUS passport is required?
