Hi

we are applying for an offshore partner visa and I am lost when it comes to certifying the documents since the OZ embassy here in Singapore doesn't handle such requests for migration.

I have found a public notary who charges 75 SGD per certificate.

She has suggested I do this as a bundle so for example go in with all passports and birth certificates and her provide a certificate of proof as a bundle for the whole set of documents to save costs or does the department want each page individually certified ?

Also do we need to have all the stamps and alteration pages of my partners passport certified?

Please help as I am totally lost when it comes to this part of the application.

Thank you

One reason why applying online is better. If you apply online, you don't need certified copies of anything as you can just upload color scans of the originals.

I have no idea if bundling them together will count or not. Hopefully someone else can answer that for you.
