hello everyone,
I have applied Partner Visa 820/801 since July/2015 (paper application type at the office ) and had been granted Temporary Visa sub class 820 on July/2016. Since then I have not received any new notifications to resubmit to process to Permanent visa subclass 801.
I call the 131881 number and had been told to do everything online and I have ImmiAccount but it looks like not recognise me even though I have all the legible number - application ID or TRN.
My question is which step should I do now? and will this affect my visa condition?

Immigration no lnger send reminaders about 801 applications.

You might have to lodge your 801 documents by post, courier or email.

May I suggest that you consult a registered migration agent to review your case?

If your application was lodged in July 2015, the stage two paperwork is well over due now. As the previous poster suggested, I'd get a registered migration agent to sort it out for you as soon as possible, so you don't end up with a refusal!
