Dear All,

Case officer has asked to submit some additional medical report for my son. My query is as follows:

I will submit required medical report to approved medical examiner, and he shall upload it in the system. After uploading from him, should i only press "i confirm i have provided information as requested"?

or i should also attach that report? If so, which section/document type shall be selected to attached required medical report?

You can do either. I would lean on the conservative side and upload yourself as well as from the MOC.

You don’t need to upload aswell, police checks have to be uploaded yourself but medical check is an automatic update they do when it’s been cleared
