If you meet requirements then apply for appropriate visa, wait and see if it's approved, go to Australia.

"My car isn't working. How do I get it to work?" is essentially what you have asked.

You have a snow balls chance in hell getting an appropriate response or reasonable advice with a question like that.

I suggest you start by looking at the Department of Home Affairs website. They have a visa finder tool which can be useful.
