i Need some immigration help for Australia.

Please someone tell me the procedure

You'll need to either provide a whole lot more information (what kind of visa, what's your situation, etc.) if you want to get some general information or else if you want more specific and professional advice, you should speak with a migration agent.

Having a good review of the DoHA website to get some initial research into what options may be available is also a good idea.
