Hello expats, please help me
on September 19 i went for my medicals, now when i check the Organise your health examinations link it shows

501 Medical Examination Incomplete
502 Chest X-ray Examination Completed

is this normal? how come some test are complete and others are not ?

My medical didn't show as complete until both my HIV test and X-Ray had come back to the physician.

Until all test results are back the medical examination will show as incomplete.

Hi, thanks for you reply.

I don't need to make HIV test, only X-Ray and Medical Examination.

The X-Ray is completed, so I don't know why Medical Examination is still Incomplete. I called the clinic and they said the exams were already sent.

Maybe is this an error system?

Now both are "completed", I think the clinic had not sent it, but after I called there they sent it.
