Hi,

I'm in Australia on a Working Holiday Visa 417 with german passport, and I've been offered a job by a dutch company. I would be working for that business all over Australia as an independent contractor selling a software, so I understand I would need to get an ABN.

Should I be paying taxes and be legaly working in The Netherlands or in Australia?

Can I become an Independent contractor while being on a WHV and get an ABN?

If so, can I work for longer than 6 months for that business, as I'm not working for an Australian company with an Australian ABN, but with a Dutch company?

Please if you have any information it will be very helpful!

THanks
Laura
