Is there any time frame trend within which we can expect invitation once the EOI under sub class 190 is filed ? For accountant general 2211 ?

General accountant is in very high demand. You can expect to be waiting a long time especially if your points are not high - they will go for the higher points first. Last I heard the people getting EOI's for general accounts had points of 75 points or higher.

Do you have any idea please as to whether other factors are considered like being a Chartered Accountant, having a Master's degree...or only point score is the criteria.
What you are talking about 75 points is for visa 189 or 190 ?

Okay, Thank you.
And to apply under 489, is it obligatory to have a relative in Australia ? and another question is can 489 be converted eventually into PR ?

I don't know anything really about the 489 but you can read about it on DIBP Website: https://www.border.gov.au/Trav/Visa-1/489-

From what I ready it looks like you can either be sponsored by the state OR a relative. However, it also says that you must hold a subclass 475, 487, 495 or 496 visa to apply.

It looks like you can apply for a 887 visa if eligible to get PR.
