Hi Guys

Thanks for your assistance so far. I have another query about the Personal Particulars Form 80 regarding Proposed Travel and Further Stay. In particular Question 24:

Are you applying for a temporary VISA?

We are applying for the Proposed Marriage VISA which I believe is technically a temporary VISA until it is granted at which time we then apply for the onshore permanent VISA and bridging VISA. So I am not certain if we select Yes to this question for the initial PMV because if I select Yes then it asks the proposed details of arrival which we cannot know yet because we do not know the date the VISA will be granted.

You help would be greatly appreciated.

I remember researching this.
PMV sub300 is not considered a temporary Visa.
So the answer is No.
