Hello all

I would like to ask we will be applying for partner visa 820/801... is there any form that we will need for our baby? She will be 1.5years old when we will be applying... I already requested Citizenship by descent for her and waiting once it will be done and i was wondering if we will need some forms for her? I saw a form 1436 is that relevent for us?

Yes perfect that is what I needed to know! perfect yes we are still waiting for the citizenship by descent from the UK office as we submitted it overseas from Czech Rep. We will be apply for the partner visa in August and onshore.
