I have got my positive ACS assessment result on 29-Jan-2018 for ANZSCO code 261313 and updated the same in my Skillselect EOI. I have changed my employer here in Australia on 16th November 2018, but my roles and responsibilities are still the same to what I mentioned in my ACS assessment. Further, I have the supporting documents ( statutory declaration, payslips, bank statement etc) for the new Employer.

I will be completing 3 years of Australian work experience on 30th January 2019.

I have the following concerns as per my current situation :
1) Can I mark my new work experience as relevant while updating my EOI, as my roles and responsibilities remain the same?
2) If I mark my new work experience as relevant, do I need to reassess my skills via ACS or providing adequate documents supporting my new work experience shall suffice?

You can claim points for relevant work experience completed up to the date of invitation to apply for a visa.

Thanks, Westly for the quick reply.
Since my roles and responsibilities are still the same, this new job experience is relevant according to me and I have required documents including payslips, stat dec etc. But this new experience is not there in my ACS letter.
So Should I update my EOI with this new experience as relevant to claim 5 additional points or I need a reassessment in order to mark it as relevant?

Note- If I mark it as relevant I will get an invite in the very next round.
Please suggest :(:(
