Ksa no final exit

I'm now in the stage of applying for skilled nomination subclass 190, till now I'm working with my agent in Jordan to do all the documents, but I'm really worried about the police clearance I worked in my home country "Jordan" and I have the police clearance from the, I worked in Saudi Arabia which I don't have the police clearance, and I'm currently working in UAE and I have the police clearance from here, now my case is I exit fro Ksa normally for a vacation and as you know you need to come back before the exit reentry Date is due, to guarantee the the visa will not be canceled, while being in Jordan I got good opportunity to work in Uae, so that I sent my employer in Ksa an email explained the setuatuion and I told him that I'm resigning, he accepted my resignation and sent me all the documents tha you get normally whe you are resigning the only thing tha cannot be done is that the final exit stamp is not done on my passport, will tha be a kill point for my immigration application, In short I ha all the entry and exit stamps on my passport to and from Ksa but not the final exit, as per the Australian homeland website saying the old passport with all the exit and entry stamps t work permit a letter from the employer and final exit stamp, all that I have but not the final exit, I hope somebody can advise me with such case what I should do.
