Hello everybody,

I am almost finished with what's required to have my file assessed by a CO and I am just spending some time to gather information about living in Australia.

Being in a far country from Australia, I was thinking about whether to make a short visit to Australia when I get the PR to get to know the country, and get my small family used to it, creating also my bank account and medicare. Or, would the other option be more sense, in terms of migrating in one step, of course after seeking for jobs online first?

Would like to hear others experiences as possible

I would suggest that you and your family make a short trip and get things set up before moving to Australia. You will be able to get to know a bit about Australia and how things work. Moving house is pretty stressful at the best of times. It would be nice to have a good idea of how to get a job and how things work generally before the big move.
