How close to the PMV expiring would be too close for getting the marriage certificate in time to apply for the 820/801?

We got our PMV grant in 2 months 10 days (did not expect it so quickly), so we will be getting married and applying only 3 or 4 weeks before the expiry of our PMV.

We may not have the marriage certificate on time, but will upload our party certificate from the celebrant, with a statement/proof of ordering the actual certificate to upload as soon as we receive.
