Hi everyone, I just completed a Bachelor Degree in Australia and I would like to apply for a Graduate Skilled Visa (485). Unfortunately, my first student visa is prior November 2011 (it was a college, though).
My idea is to stay here for a few extra months in Australia and I decided to apply for this Visa even if I know it will get rejected.
Will I then be able eventually to apply for a review with AAT after my visa refusal? Can you always apply for a review?
I know it costs money to lodge an appeal but it will help me to buy some time (and see if I can have other options).
What's the worst case scenario?
Thanks

the system won't allow you to submit your application as your first student visa was prior nov. 2011. 485 stream is only for those who were granted their first student visa on or after Nov 2011
