If you're looking for sponsorship (I assume for an employer sponsored visa), then you need to first find a job in Australia and as part of that process you need to confirm the employer can and is willing to sponsor you. No one on this forum is going to be able to do this for you.

It is illegal to pay anyone for a sponsorship, likewise it is Illegal for anyone to accept payment. Here is a link to the legislation:
