Hi,
I have lost copies of supporting documents those submitted during my PR application such as Form 80. How could I get a copy from the immigration department?

Many thanks for your kind advice

Hi Nick,
Many thanks for your kind and prompt reply. I would like to ask you another question, I am not sure whether I have submitted Form 80 or not during my PR application. How do I know that I have submitted one?

I was checking in the immi account and only can see the application, no attachment is made available there.

Thanks again.

Regards
Alan

Form 80 is a BASIC requirement when making a PR application, you must have submitted it. On your immi account you can check the section 'attach documents' and it will show you list of documents you attached

I never lodge form 80 unless requested.

If you click the little print button in your ImmiAccount( top right) it will print an entire overview of your application including a list of documents submitted.

Hi Nichola,
I checked in the immi account, attachment section is not showing anything, indeed showing "0 attachments received of 60 maximum:". Please take note that my application has been finalised 3.5 years ago.

Lodge a FOI request. It can take a few months. Secondary applicants may have to lodge their own request.
