Hi, my Partner and I are getting married soon.

She has a Multiple entry visa with no conditions except NO WORK.

When we marry can we apply onshore for the partner visa and then apply for a bridging visa to allow her to stay pending the decision of the onshore partner visa?

Thank you for the information, it's much appreciated.

Mania, I'm not sure what you mean by understand the full requirements?

Surely after marriage and living together after the wedding we will meet and exceed any requirements needed for proof of the relationship.

Due to religious reasons and the fact we have lived in seperate countries we have not officially lived together However, we visit each other once per month. Do you see that as a potential visa issue?
