Hey everyone just a quick question.

Applying for a 309 visa soon just curious my partner wants us to get married with my surname. The rest of the application will be completed using her maiden name as the passport shows.
Will my uploaded Marriage certificate using my name cause any issues?

It won't cause any issues as long as you explain what has happened. Note that you will have to declare both names on your police clearances.

Why declare both?
Shes in Thailand all her life, we get a police clearance for that and then when i marry her next month we leave Thailand for Greece. Which we apply for visa in 5 months whch is under the 12months to require one from Greece.

Just checked online the Thai marriage certificate has a section which says what the maiden name was.

DHA stipulates that you have to have both on the police clearance.

Ok i will try and get both even though she will only be married with my name for 3 days before i apply for Police record check lol.
