Hi,
My bf has lodged application for 190 visa one month ago. We decided to marry soon and add myself as an additional applicant(spouse) to his application. I understand that we required to submit the 1436 form. My questions are:
1. To marry after he has lodged application- will it affect its validity as prove of spouse status?
2. To add extra applicant- Will it delay the processing time? By how much?
3. Fee for adding extra applicant for 190? (Can’t find this subclass anywhere in the visa fee table for adding applicants)
Appreciate any response! Thanks so much 🙂

Secondary applicants must satisfy the applicable criteria at the time of decision, so you might be ok.

A marriage might not be enough to satisfy a delegate that you are in a genuine spousal relationship, especially if a de facto relationship was not mentioned in the original EoI/application.
