Medical condition declaration

Hi, Can you guide me through the following issue?

If in your previous visa (Student), you did not declare an ongoing medical condition, reason being misguidance, and being too naive to know its relevance at the time. This visa was last held 2 years ago.

Now if you apply a new visa and fully and correctly declare the medical condition as per files (suggesting it was also present at the time of last visa), can one get into trouble for that?

Someone told me PIC 4020 applies in this case. Others told me these things happen all the time, I don't have to worry about it. Is the situation worrisome?

Thanks

Explain why you did not mention it last time. They accept people making genuine mistakes. They do not like people lying. They would expect you to know by now what is required.

The latter does not necessarily negate the former. I recommend you get some professional advice to sort this out.
