You may be eligible if your home country has a reciprocal health care arrangement with Australia.
Reciprocal is different to Medicare and varies in services on different countries.You may be eligible if your home country has a reciprocal health care arrangement with Australia.
I am sure the OP is not eligible for Medicare on that visa.
